The French in Action audio program files are free with a free user account. The audio program is a fundamental part of the French in Action learning program. It supports the material covered in the videos and is designed to be used in conjunction with the textbook.
These audio episodes were originally distributed on cassettes—and later on CDs, which you may encounter at used book stores or on eBay.

Yale University Press hosts the French in Action audio files online. Access is free, once you create a user account:

- To answer the secret question you will find a hint nearby to the question itself. When I signed up, the hint required me to look something up on a single page in the French in Action textbook, third edition. Incidentally, the response (for the question I was asked) is found on page 39 of the second edition textbook. Also, I answered the question in the plural and it worked. I am not giving away the answer because obviously Yale University Press wants you to possess the book before you access the audio files for free.
